It was the best of Valle hotels I visited before. Really enjoyed the place, exceptionally comfortable for one night. The food was brilliant and the staff was superfriendly and affable...

Our room was outdated, tiny, and had this awful toilet that barely flushed. It took two tries just to handle a simple waste. Plus, we had to deal with uncomfortable beds and a cracked tub.

The room was spacious and furnished cute with pinewood furniture.

Excellent fit for a weekend escape in Valle with great value for the money. Beautiful views and clean air.

The hotel's outdoor fun zone fab for kids , think a pool for splashing and a Wi, Fi zone for their tech fix. Free Wi, Fi all around! Plus, the warm cookies at check, in were a family hit.

The restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner, I tried appetising dishes. Got an exceptionally comfortable bed. The position was unbeatable and magnificent, restaurants and eateries are walking distance to the hotel. Besides, I was walking distance to a garden and a park.

Location is a plus. A scenic half-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, with shops along the way. The rooms have a quirky Western style, but that's where the charm ends. Check-in was frustrating. The staff could use basic customer service training. After a long wait, we entered a cramped, underwhelming room. The place felt neglected. The pool was a disappointment—cold, rundown, and frankly uninviting. The heater was broken; the bathroom had issues—a broken window and a missing tissue holder. Communication regarding our unresolved refund has been lacking, despite follow-ups. There is potential here, but it requires significant improvements across the board to be worth recommending.

Pleasant overall experience. The hotel was special and fantastic, and the staff were affable, loved the fantastic location close enough to the Grand Canyon, Williams, popular sights. The breakfast was savoury for a reasonable price, all the food was outstanding.

A late arrival turned into an ordeal; staff communication was solid, but the room was less than clean. Proximity to the Canyon made waking up early worthwhile. The restaurant had a decent breakfast, yet I was disappointed by the evening meals and the pool's cleanliness. Some amenities felt outdated and poorly maintained, and I couldn't get help with the AC. Despite the charm and location, the experience was overshadowed by a mix of service and maintenance issues. I’ll think twice before coming back, hoping they improve the basics.

Wow, the location was perfect! so close to grand canyon but more calm. But the rooms had some issues like missing pictures and ceiling water stains. Staff was nice, but a bit overwhelmed. Overall, a cozy spot for a grand canyon trip! 🌄
